If your child worries constantly, struggles to switch off, complains of tummy aches before school or asks “what if” a hundred times a day — this workshop is for you.
Join Dr Tammy Oluyori — Consultant Counselling Psychologist and former CAMHS specialist — for a warm, practical session for parents and carers of children aged 5–17.
In two hours you will learn:
- What anxiety is actually doing in your child’s brain and body
- Why the things we naturally do to help can sometimes make anxiety worse — and what to do instead
- How to talk to your child about worry in a way that genuinely helps
- Practical, evidence-based tools you can start using at home this week
- When to seek further support — and how to access it
You don’t need a referral. You don’t need a diagnosis. Just come as you are.
